    Description
    • Processing receipts (Cheques & BACS) received into the company on Sage 1000 daily
    • Recording all receipts received in onto a financial spreadsheet daily
    • Ensuring sufficient financial documentation has been received in to identify and confirm the accuracy of payments allocated
    • Investigating all unallocated receipts (Cheques & BACS) and liaising with external customers and internal departments to ensure all monies are correctly allocated and reconciled
    • Completing the bank reconciliation when necessary (adhering to Cashier Team rotas & schedules)
    • Dealing with payment queries, including refund requests, from external customers and internal departments in a timely manner providing a high standard of customer service
    • Finance calls and general Finance emails along with other adhoc duties
    What you will do in your working day A normal day would include:
