- Fault find, install and maintain electrical systems, instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow and level) and control systems
- Conduct calibrations and loop checking of instruments relating to the sites DCS/control systems - training provided
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently
- Provide technical guidance and support to other electricians as needed
- Complete work orders, log maintenance tasks, and record electrical measurements accurately
- A qualified electrician
- Someone with at least 1 year's experience working in a heavy process environment such as a power station, refinery, chemical plant etc
- A recognised EC&I engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3 / HNC
- Environmental monitoring experience
- Experience conducting calibrations and loop checking of instruments relating to the sites DCS/control system
- Able to work under their own initiative
- Able to be a brand ambassador for Alator
- Results focused and can deliver accurate results on time
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
