Head of Assurance, Compliance and Governance Band 8A - 37.5hrs - Permanent position

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Nursing and Integrated Governance Unitfor a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of Assurance, Governance and Compliance.


You will require commitment, passion and motivation in order to lead the team in delivery of all regulatory, assurance and compliance which includes risk management and the health and safety portfolio.

You will need vision and excellent organisational skills.

To succeed in the role you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable you to work with varying levels of managers, clinicians and administrative colleagues.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can lead and motivate a team alongside excellent time management skills as you will need to balance the demands of a very busy workload.
