About the Job:
As a Customer Care Coordinator based in Biggleswade, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the main contact for dedicated customers via phone and email
- Managing bookings, stock, and resolving queries
- Generating delivery paperwork on our system
- Welcoming customers, visitors, and drivers at the site
- Handling incoming calls and transferring them accordingly
- Organizing the return of delivery paperwork from drivers
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities, with a pleasant telephone etiquette
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
