Interim Senior Business Analyst - Outside IR35

Start date ASAP - candidates who are immediately available will be prioritised

End date: Suggested end December 2024

Location: UK including Yorkshire, Manchester, Oxfordshire, London

Onsite: The culture of the business will require a large amount of face to face interaction, especially at the site in Yorkshire

Reporting to: Head of Transformation

Client

Our client is a diverse facilities management and support services company with offices across the UK. They have multiple operating companies who operate independently

The business has experienced impressive growth over the last 5 years and is now embarking on a transformation programme that will create common processes, new ways of working and improved systems to support its largely mobile workforce.

The assignment

We are seeking a highly skilled former management consultant with some experience of lean or six sigma who can create the process design across a range of companies. This role will require an extensive amount of face to face time within the business and with the business leaders so excellent cmmunication skills are key.

Assignment objectives.

• Map the "as is" processes
• Create best in class processes
• Present the "to be" processes
• Deliver the new processes

The person

All applicants must have worked for a well known management consultancy supporting their clients with business analysis and target operating model creation.

Given the culture of the business it is envisaged that the successful candidate will want to spend the majority of their time onsite across the organisations many UK office locations.
