An Industry leading M&E service provider is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work at a large commercial/Industrial site based in Reading RG8.

Working Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. with fantastic opportunities to develop and progress within the industry

This position is paying an annual salary of £40,000 The hours of work are Mon - Fri, 7am - 4pm.

The role of a Maintenance Engineer - Is to carry out the servicing and reactive repairs to Electrically based plant equipment, power and lighting.

Additionally the engineer will be expected to assist other basic duties as directed by the contract manager.

Carry out routines unsupervised (PPM and reactive), diagnose and repair faults on building services L8, AHU maintenance, pumps, motors, heating system fault finding and awareness (Heat exchangers, actuators, pipe work).

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to;

• With at least 3 years experience in building services
• City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Electrical Installation
• Must have UK Clean Driving Licence
