    Chief Pharmacist – Exceptional Private Hospital
    Full time / Permanent position
    London – Southwest
    £60,000 to £65,000 + Attractive Benefits package

    Remit
    Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading private hospital in their search for a Chief Pharmacist to oversee their Pharmacy service based on-site and overseeing both in- and out-patient medicines management. The charitable hospital, which has been serving it's community for over 80 years, boasts cutting-edge equipment and facilities which along with an experienced staff allows them to stay at the forefront of medical and surgical care.

    The hospital are currently searching for an experienced Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in ensuring the care of the patients at the hospital. You will be responsible for supervising the procurement, preparation, dispensation & distribution of medicines to patients while providing standard of care through the medical management service. You will be ensuring the pharmacy department operates in a timely and consistent manner whilst overseeing the general running of the service, providing clinical input where necessary.

    Requirements
    – Degree in Pharmacy MPharm, BSc or BPharm.
    – GPhC Registration.
    – Experience working in Clinical Hospital setting..
    – Previous managerial experience essential.
    – Enthusiasm for developing and expanding Pharmacy services.
    – Passion for high quality care.
    – Motivated individual.
    – Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
    – High sense of personal responsibility.

    Location
    The hospital is located in Southwest London – commutable from Kingston-upon-Thames, Brentford, Ealing, Kensington, Staines, Epsom & Chertsey.
