£34,088.32 per annum rising to £35,882.44 per annum upon successful completion of probation

Location:
L11 2SF

This role is key to the delivery of high-quality asset management contracts, including (but not restricted to) responsive repairs, voids, planned and cyclical maintenance for approximately 6000 properties in the Norris Green, Croxteth and Fazakerley area of Merseyside.

As an asset surveyor, you will be professionally accountable for project managing a wide range of asset management contracts ensuring our stock is maintained to a high standard, is safe and meets all legislative requirements.
