As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of a vibrant independent pub, with the best beer garden around, an independent kitchen, and a small amount of accommodation.
We need someone who can give the team the ongoing leadership and training they need to keep them performing well and be the reason our customers return time after time.
The pub has grown massively since the days of Covid, and turnover is increasing year on year staying ahead of the rising costs in hospitality, and keeping the pub busy 7 days a week.
We have recently extended the lease on the pub with some new terms allowing more freedom from the brewery tie, and opening up some great opportunity for further growth and investment in the site.
Duties:
We need a hands on manager with the skills to do everything a pub needs from changing lightbulbs, leading busy shifts, to training others how to do the more complicated tasks required to support you in keeping the pub looking inviting, welcoming and functioning efficiently.
