We're seeking to appoint full time and part time Residential Childcare Workers to work in our Children's Homes across the borough.

Cheshire West and Chester's Residential service aims to ensure that its most vulnerable children's needs are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential.

As a Residential Care Worker home you will

  • Hold a Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or willing to work towards this qualification.
  • Have experience working with children.
  • Receive high quality supervision, with your own personal development plan to support your career and learning aspirations.
  • Have the opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based upon a manageable workload within the team.
  • A working environment where you be supported in adopting an evidencebased approach to practice.
