We are currently recruiting for Fleet Coordinator to join the team based out of the Warndon depot in Worcester. This role is to deal with all of the administration task surrounding the operations of the fleet within the area.

Duties will include:

Timesheet input and job card updating:

Getting authorisation, sending invoices dealing with queries & debt:

Manage Vinci cards and account:

-
Ensure re-charges and costs are managed within company systems and timescales:

-
Update vehicle mileages in Kheops:

-
Carry out data input on various systems:

-
Process all relevant fleet documentation

Create external and non-account customers in workshop system:

Effectively manage Pain and Gain targets and CE's for the Client and compile relevant information and provide to the commercial team
