Are you a qualified Pharmacist seeking a new full time, permanent position with a friendly independent community pharmacy group?

Our client is seeking a Pharmacist to join their well-staffed supportive pharmacy based in Wrexham, proving advice, information and services to patients in the local community, always ensuring exceptional customer service.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm with 1 hour for lunch (1pm to 2pm). No evenings, weekends, or bank holiday work required.

Essential Requirements of the Pharmacist Manager

GPhC registered Pharmacist, ideally with some experience in a community pharmacy.
Masters degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) and completed preregistration training.
Good communication skills, both verbal and listening.
Ability to work with others in a multidisciplinary team wall as lead with others in a team.

Role Responsibilities of the Pharmacist Manager

Dispensing Prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations.
Prepares medications by reviewing and interpreting GP's orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles and prescribing errors.
Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, labelling medicines.
Controls medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.
Provides pharmacological information by answering questions and requests of healthcare professionals, counselling patients on drug therapies.
Complies with NHS contractual obligations and GPHC regulations.
Checking the dosage and ensuring that medicines are correctly and safely supplied and labelled.
