    Communications Manager, Paris

    Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies to support the various workstreams.
  • Collaborate with workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure communication plans are aligned with the overall programme strategy.
  • Create and deliver effective communication materials to engage and inform employees, including scripts, presentations etc as required.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and workstream leads on change communication best practices, proactively suggesting content and opportunities to communicate to ensure employee understanding.
  • Develop, create, and deliver communication strategies to support ETAP and RIB in building engagement and understanding of the overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Develop channel and content strategies for ETAP and RIB as appropriate.
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years communications experience
  • Experience in Change Communications programs and a solid understanding of change methodologies and principles.
  • Sound knowledge of industry leading Communications best practice
  • Understanding of complex organisations and the required response from communications to work across locations and diverse audience groups.
  • The adaptability of different channels and approaches based on audience demographics and communications purpose.
  • A flair for generating new ideas and driving change through new approaches.
  • Experience of writing for different channels, content creation and editing
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good presentation capabilities
