    We have an exciting opportunity for a Step 2 Lead / Low Intensity Manager to manage the low intensity provision of Xyla Digital Therapies and be responsible for delivering quality outcomes and experience across low intensity services.

    You will have a secure knowledge of low intensity IAPT based treatments, as well as the requisite leadership and management competencies to help develop, support, train and provide robust management and clinical leadership to the Low Intensity Team Leaders, Senior PWPs and PWPs.

    Playing a key role in influencing the development of a culture of continuous improvement in quality, safety, and performance within all designated functions as well as being an ambassador for the organisation, promoting the national mental health agenda, as well as strategically influencing system planning with partners.

    Support Senior PWPs and Team Leaders to screen complex patients and assist them in making decisions on suitability of these referrals, adhering to Xyla Digital therapies protocols, and procedures.

    Provide line management and/or clinical supervision to 2low intensity team leaders andSenior PWPs as required.

    Ensuring staff participate in ongoing professional and personal development and or identifying training needs and appropriate training to meet these needs.

    Lead on policy reviews and implement policy changes within the clinical team and network.
    Act as an additional contact point for the escalation of risk and safeguarding issuesproviding support in the management of these issues

    In collaboration with the Service Lead/Clinical Lead, you will keep up to date with the latest research and training on Low Intensity (LI) treatment models that lead to reliable recovery and will be responsible for sharing this with the team.

    Focus on assisting in the collection of comprehensive assessment and recovery data, at low intensity,Identifying patient recovery outcome themes and create action plans to address concerns.

    A BABCP/BPS recognised LI CBT qualification.
    Experience providing supervision and management to Senior PWPS and PWPs within an IAPT service
    Have had some exposure to working in a digital service environment
