CLOSING DATE 14 NOVEMBER 2023Internal Training and Programs Advisor role will support the growing demand from Rig Aftermarket groups for building, assigning and tracking the completion of the focused development plans and programs within Europe region.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with HR and/or hiring managers to define job training requirements that align with the company's goals and values.
- Support the development and implementation of global onboarding and induction programs that familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Support the creation and maintenance of productspecific training development plans
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions using a variety of methods, including workshops, presentations, and handson activities.
- Mentor and guide a team of new hires, ensuring they have necessary access and equipment.
- Oversee the completion of advancement requirements and complete the transfer to respectable groups
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on the progress of recruitment, onboarding, and completion of training training programs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Proven experience in managing complex projects (locally and globally), Team Lead or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and evolving work environment.
- Proven ability to motivate, manage and mentor
- Experience in creating and implementing productspecific training plans is highly desirable.
