About Our Client:

You will be working for a well renowned investment company with presence in Scotland and USA.

  • Diary management and support of firm's Partners
  • Handle correspondence, requests and queries in close coordination with each Partner.
  • Support in the preparation and followup for meetings and conferences,including advanced scheduling, taking minutes, and the production of reports, presentations,and briefings.
  • Book and arrange travel and accommodation
  • Tracking Partner's expenses and reconciling them at the end of each month, as well as associated filing of receipts.
  • Organise various events, meetings, and conference attendance for the Partners as required.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and equipment are setup, wellstocked (and refreshed as required) and ready for meetings
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the filing systems for the organisation (cloud and paper based).
  • Maintain office and electronic filing systems related to the Partners' activities
  • Manage and improve the firm's contacts/CRM systems
  • Execute various marketing related activities including updating and maintaining the firm's website, LinkedIn content and X(previously Twitter) account.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager in ensuring office procedures and administrative systems are up to date, organised and properly implemented.
  • Assisting in other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Experience within similar role
  • Experience within Professional Services (desirable)
  • Great organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience using Microsoft Office package
