Band 4 Senior Administrator
Foot Health Services, Community Health Newham

To provide administrative support to the Service ensuring efficient and smooth running of the unit.
To work closely with the Service Manager to provide an efficient and responsive administrative provision to the team.
To work closely with colleagues within the Foot Health Service to provide an efficient and responsive administrative service.
Responsible for contributing to the development of effective administration systems for the service and providing day to day administrative support to the Foot Health team.
Support the Service and Service Manager to manage the day to day administrative functions of the service.
Provide senior administrative support to the Service Manager as required.
Liaise and work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that clinics run smoothly.
To operationally manage the administration and clinical staff within the service ensuring that effective and efficient support is provided at all times working closely with the Community Admin Lead and Service Manager to ensure cover at all times
To manage the appointment systems for the clinics, highlighting any queries/problems with the waiting list in a timely manner;assess with others involved in the service the most appropriate and effective methods, of managing the waiting lists and appointments.
