This is a management role supporting the Head of Monitoring Solutions in managing a team of technical specialists/experts within the Monitoring Solutions.

The difference you'll make.

Providing Strategic input and controls based in internal knowledge and the Observability market.
Overseeing implementation of bespoke, inhouse created monitoring solutions and supporting tools that automate operational/reporting tasks.
Managing, maintaining, supporting and improving Event Management within Operations.
Providing leadership and technical assurance to ensure the solution implemented will perform as specified & deliver the expected benefits.
Developing and maintaining effective liaison with internal Stakeholders and external suppliers. Contribute to supplier management, budgeting and cost activities.
Coaching, Development and motivating the team towards attaining results.

What you'll bring.

Excellent knowledge of monitoring frameworks technologies and Dynatrace, AWS & ITIL Certified.
Demonstrable experience in the area of administering and deploying systems management and monitoring solutions.
Proven experience of with full product identification and implementation lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, integrate, support).
Selfmotivating, highly organised, a Strong problem solving with analytical skills.
Able to build positive working relationships and works collaboratively with multidiscipline teams with a focus on delivery in a rapidly changing environment.
Fosters a learning environment in order to maximize productivity, individual/team effectiveness and delivery of the highest quality of service.

It would also be nice for you to have.

Technical knowledge of the current Observability market place.
Exposure to REST APIs, Webhooks and developing monitoring as code.
Experience within financial sector.

This role is based in Milton Keynes and you will be expected to spend 40% of your time in this office working Monday to Friday 9-5 with some on call requirements.

Competitive salary
Eligible for a discretionary performancerelated annual bonus
