- Knowledge of related risk, and ability to identify, assess and manage it appropriately

Join our community.
This role is based in our London & South Region and will work specifically with the team that looks after N.B.F.I's & Professional Services.
As the Business Development Director, you'll be working with the relationship team and products teams to drive market origination activity.
You'll originate new client relationships which are in line with CCB strategy of international reach and high growth alongside target markets and sectors and meet the bank's returns appetite.
You'll be delivering a client-centric approach, offering all relevant banking solutions for prospect clients at the point of origination, working collaboratively with other relevant areas of SAN UK.
You will demonstrate insight led client relationships where their knowledge and understanding of the business is valued by client, creating a source of differentiation for Santander.
