What do we do? Komfort divide spaces by designing and manufacturing internal glazed and solid partitions with integrated door sets.

Who are we looking for? We are currently looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our friendly finance team.

What will the role involve:
To manage the sales ledger to ensure swift, accurate cash allocation.

Collecting debts in order to minimise the age of the debt, keeping unallocated cash to a minimum whilst building strong relationships with customers, both internal and external.

To ensure efficient accurate allocation of monies received
To ensure all queries are logged and are expedited through the query resolution process
Liaise with sales team to proactively identify and resolve any issues to facilitate swift cash collection/query resolution
To identify key issues/problem accounts and communicate to Credit Manager
To manage the opening of new accounts
To manage proforma/cash accounts
To work with a professional, proactive attitude throughout, in an organised way to maintain productivity
To deal with and effectively tolerate a demanding busy environment to ensure tasks are completed to strict deadlines
To carry out other duties as and when required by the Credit Manager
