DATA ANALYST - 12 MONTH FTC - WARWICK


Our client is a global product leader in clean and efficient technology solutions for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles with manufacturing and technical facilities in 99 locations in 24 countries, the company employs approximately 48,000 worldwide.

They are seeking to hire a DATA ANALYST who will be responsible for inputting and maintaining data in the business ERP systems across the EMEA operation,


To ensure optimum data integrity by the development of effective and efficient audit methods to run on a regular basis.

Identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in the data whilst providing feedback to continuously improve processes in both data collationand input.

Actively engage and support the business with cross functional processes and projects as a data lead for both material and customer data.


KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Input/Maintenance of Material and Customer data into SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants.
  • Control of Supersession & Obsolescence across the EMEA business.
  • Generate Product BoM & Routings data.
  • Manage CustomerHierarchy structure.
  • Maintain material Country of Origin data in SAP system.
  • Manage business users in Sales Force for EMEA.
  • Manage EDM Process and Work instructions.
  • Identify inconsistences in data provided and seek resolution with data providers.
  • Design methods of and run auditing of data integrity.
  • Adhoc reporting and analysis to support the business.
  • Support Finance with the Cost rollup process.
  • Lead with compliance to Internal Control requirements, Accounting/Financial legal requirementsand perform successfully internal and external audits.
Salary on offer is up to £32,500 plus benefits

Hybrid/Flexible working available

This role would be on a Fixed-Term-Contract for 12 months. There is potential for the role to extend but initial term would be 12 months.
