- Maintain and meet payroll deadlines, overseeing the workload of the payroll team
- Ensure payroll compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Balance payroll accounts, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accuracy
- Support the processing of new starters, leavers, timesheets, calculating pay, holiday pay, Maternity and paternity pay and HMRC submissions
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated payroll queries
- You will need strong MS Office skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills. You will need a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance. Previous experience as a Payroll Team Leader or Supervisor would be useful.
