    Scottish Friendly have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team on a Fixed Term Contract for two years. Based in Glasgow City Centre, we are one of the most progressive mutual life insurance offices in the UK.     • Overseeing timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects, ensuring adherence to predefined goals and scope by planning deliverables, tasks, monitoring progress and managing risks.
    • Day to day management of marketing projects against plan including managing project documentation , decisions, actions, correspondence, and necessary follow-up, and lead out to provide marketing input into business projects.
    • Project monitoring and tracking of activities for Marketing.
    • Developing and maintaining project related reports for Marketing and provide input in business reporting for the function.
    • Representing Marketing at project meetings with other departments and prepare presentations of the needs to support the delivery of marketing deliverables.
    • Working closely with the project manager/members and Scottish Friendly's centralised support functions to identify and resolve issues related to project delivery.
    • Working closely with agencies, and Marketing Stakeholders to implement Marketing project deliverables including:

    o Updates to the website and mobile app functionality.

    o Improvements to online customer journeys

    o Testing system upgrades and working with colleagues to create test packs.

    o Support building the functionality for initiatives that improve payment options.

    o Support the simplification of product offerings and checking journeys operate as intended.

    o Support the delivery of a customer portal platform upgrade.

    • Supporting Digital Ecommerce Manager as required to deliver web and mobile app updates and development initiatives.

    The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in project management and delivering change within a marketing environment. You will be digital and technology savvy with a good understanding of web and mobile app development and experience of using content management systems.
