    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced individual to join our admin team within Pitlochry Community Hospital.

    You will have excellent interpersonal skills together with a good telephone manner and the ability to multi-task. Experience of dealing with the public and a competent level of keyboard/IT skills are essential. As the first point of contact for patients you must have the ability to deal with confidential information in a professional and sensitive manner.

    What we are looking for in an applicant is:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team, and with other departments
  • High attention to detail in all aspects of your work
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and confidently at all levels (both verbally and in writing)
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Proven track record using Microsoft packages (in particular MS Teams, MS Outlook, and MS Excel) and confidence in learning and using other specialist software
  • Team Player
  • You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
