Relationship Coordinator

Location:
Manchester, Leeds or Bristol - hybrid working


Reporting to the Relationship Manager, the main purpose of this role is to ensure the Partners and Financial Advisers have a single point of contact throughout their time in Recruitment.


What you'll be doing:


  • Proactively ensuring Partners and Advisers have all the Information they require at every step in their journey through the recruitment process, having accountability for onboarding and graduation for a select group of Partners and Advisers.
  • Handling administrative requests, developing strong relationships with the Partners and Advisers to ensure they have a seamless experience.
  • Coordinating with the Managers in Recruitment to ensure they are able to offer support most effectively.
  • Liaising with teams outside of Recruitment, Including Regulatory Authorisations and Growth and Development to ensure Partners and Advisers receive the best experience throughout the process.

We are looking for an experienced Administrator with the following:

  • Strong interpersonal ability, including empathy of the position of New Partners and Financial Advisers joining SJP.
  • A strong understanding of or the desire quickly learn the operational processes required to support Partners and Advisers throughout Recruitment.
  • Ability to manage a busy inbox and different demanding priorities.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, be proactive and work on own Initiative.
  • Intermediate/advanced computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft packages.
