Countrywide have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Area Manager to join us in East Kent.
The Lettings Area Manager role will offer a competitive basic salary and substantial


OTE:
GBP70,000+ as well as a company car and generous staff benefits.

As a Lettings Area Manager , you will be working alongside the Lettings Area Director, leading and overseeing management of all lettings branches and colleagues within your region.

You will work to meet and exceed performance and financial targets set by driving engagement and collaboration amongst your teams.

This is an opportunity to be part of the Senior Management Team within our UK Lettings branch networks. Coach, develop, and effectively manage all employees to ensure that performance is optimized across the board.
# Ensure employee engagement is maximized through action planning, proactive recruitment, minimizing attrition, and driving retention of your teams.
# Manage, monitor, and report on the region's performance against agreed key financial business indicators on the region's P&L and against set performance metrics to ensure delivery of income targets.
# Grow market share significantly by adopting proactive working processes and identifying business growth opportunities.

Demonstrable experience of building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced and demanding environments.
# High levels of P&L accountability and commercial exposure.
