Lettings Progressor - Part Home Based

This is full time position and working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm. Once your initial training and probationary period has been completed there will be the opportunity for you to be part home based 3 to 4 days per week with1 to 2 days in the office (5 day working week) and you will initially be based in Chelmsford during yourtraining and probationary period
.

This exciting position will suit someone working in Property Management, Lettings Administration and / or Renewals or a Lettings Negotiator who does not want to work weekends.

  • Once Letting Negotiators negotiate a let the transaction is passed over to the Letting Progressor who will be responsible for ensuring that the transaction moves through efficiently to 'successful move in'.

Lettings Progressor - Part Home Based

  • Therefore excellent communication skills both electronically and verbally are essential, as is a sound basic knowledge of the Lettings process.

  • From day one you will focus wholly on the Lettings process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income. You will be the face of the company and the quality of service given by their staff is of paramount importance.

Remuneration:
Basic salary £23,000 plus bonuses taking the overall salary to £25,000.
