- Lead all aspects of day-to-day account management on assigned Clients.
- Provide support to Account Directors with their respective duties as needed.
- Prepare weekly status notes.
- Manage Multiple Briefs
- Present market updates and insight to our clients, including proof of posting documents and PCA's.
- Lead in the planning and implementation of OOH campaigns
- Show confidence in presenting to managers and peers.
- Learn and take ownership of booking system, inputting and amending for their Account Managers/Account Directors
- Participate in conference calls/meetings.
- Maintain necessary performance tracking and media databases.
- Foster a positive relationship with key team members at all levels of the organisation.
- Work cross functionally with other areas of the agency
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, business opportunities and best practices with the support of Trading Department.
- Provide general support for the Managers and Directors
- Open to new experience – experience with client service preferred but not crucial.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop software, specifically: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while managing tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
