Senior Procurement Specialist 12 months Edinburgh Inside IR35 Our Public Sector client is looking for a Senior Procurement Specialist to come in on a 12-month contract. The role suits someone who has a Public Sector background.

Essential Skills,

Knowledge and understanding of public procurement policy and procedures, including full endtoend procurement process in accordance with public sector procurement legislation, procurement strategy development, tendering and contract management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyse information from a variety of sources, draw out key messages in order to problemsolve and/or make recommendations.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and develop constructive working relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels to drive best practice and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills that clearly convey commercial ideas and information, enable effective liaison with customers and stakeholders and can influence senior level decision makers.
