Part Time Resource Scheduler
Trafford Park

20 Hours Per Week

(Hours negotiable between 9.00am & 5.00pm Monday to Friday)

  • AEC is offering a
-
6 month fixed term contract within the Resource department. The Resource Scheduler will be responsible for front-line appointment booking for our technical site staff to attend. The appointments that made will be with the tenants of our social housing clients.

  • The Resource Scheduler position will suit a professional with a contact centre background or a position with high telephony use.
    _Please note, this role is office based_

Responsibilities:


  • Plan appointments geographically for technical site staff to carry out asbestos surveys
  • Expected to achieve outbound call target of 70 calls per day
  • Communicate any queries to the homes coordinator and any booking challenges
  • Provide excellent customer service to the tenants with whom you are speaking
  • Manage data and create call management reports
  • Handle incoming telephone enquiries in regards to planned and reactive projects
  • Proactively print out hard copy documents for site team where required
  • Attend internal meetings and update appointments and call responses to homes team for forward planning
  • Ensure that jobs, customer portals and AEC IT systems are completed accurately and to a high standard

Skill set:


  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Must have strong organisational skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Confidence to make calls in an open office environment
  • Resilience to achieve high call targets
  • Good work ethic with motivation to hit targets and KPIs
  • Team player willing to help and support the team where necessary
