We're searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our amazing People & Talent team to attract the best talent in the recruitment space...
In this role, you'll be partnering with our senior management team to ensure hiring needs are met timely and efficiently.
The Role
- Recruitment for
all internal roles at Annapurna from entry to experienced hires - Collaborate with Annapurna's management team to ensure their hiring needs are met efficiently and at a high standard
- Pipeline and build relationships with top quality talent in the recruitment space
- Manage direct applicants for live roles
- Work with the HR Manager to ensure all hires are made directly
- Endtoend responsibilities from screening call to offer stage
- Conduct video interviews where necessary
- Build relationships with universities to ensure attraction of graduate talent
- Organise graduate days, assessment days and attend university careers fairs
- Manage the internal ATS system
- Room for innovation to improve the function where possible
- Long term, help with internal projects such as process improvement, EVP and more
- 12 years recruitment experience (internal, 180 or 360)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Hardworking, selfmotivated, and selfstarting
- Have the confidence to operate outside your comfort zone
- Competitive, with a goalorientated mindset
- Demonstrate examples of resilience and tenacity
