We are currently working with a client based in Rochdale who have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 or 9am-5pm.

Key Duties:


Reporting to the Export Sales Supervisor, working within the Sales department you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Handling export orders with precision and excellence
  • Responding to customer inquiries and supporting sales orders
  • Collaborating with freight forwarders
  • Managing and organizing customer records
  • Proficient in customs procedures, letters of credit, and export documentation
  • Familiarity with CHIEF and CDS systems
  • Understanding trade agreements and CPC/Commodity Codes

Profile:


  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Need to have experience within a customer focused role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Beneficial to have experience within a similar role
