With our huge client based in Central Manchester, we are looking to appoint a Property Administrator to join the fast paced growing team.

You will be providing administrator support across Supply Chain, Waste Contract Administration, Health and Safety andData Management. Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.


Responsibilities:


  • Support Waste Operations Managers across Supply Chain and Waste Contract Administration
  • Responsible for ensuring that site and service provider issues are resolved
  • Arrange site visits and interviews, ensuring site requirements were captured
  • Support operation analysis and cost hchecks
  • Promote implementation of group wide policies, processes and procedures for strategic and operational supply chain management
  • Arrange quarterly reviews and bespoke site meetings with the service providers
  • Review and collate data
  • Contract administration duties, ensure KPIS are achieved
  • Arrange and attend Quarterly Contract Management review meetings

Profile:


  • Must have an understanding of and experience working within the Property Management Sector
  • Experience with Contract Management including contracting monitoring
  • Understanding of the Waste Management Sector would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong IT skills must have data management skills
