    Our client, a thriving professional services firm located in corporate offices with free car parking near Chorley, is seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist on their behalf. This position could be ideal for a novice with prior office exposure looking to advance.

    Working hours: Full Time

    Key skills and requirements:

    • Computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Professional appearance and punctuality
    • Positive attitude, eager to take on tasks and responsibilities
    • Organized and neat

    Responsibilities:

    • Filing and archiving
    • Managing archive facilities and database
    • Answering phone calls
    • Diary management for the Partners and Seniors
    • Assisting in company management
    • Typing correspondence
    • Mail merge
    • Handling outgoing mail
    • Keeping the office tidy and presentable
    • Managing stationery and office supplies
    • Maintaining client database
