This role involves overseeing comprehensive work scheduling and administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation and successful execution of Planned Delivery programs and Property Care operatives' schedules.

The primary focus is on maintaining precise task completion and delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. The goal is to guarantee a top-notch customer experience at every stage of the planned delivery process.


Job Role -

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee Property Care operatives' diaries for efficient operations across diverse geographic areas, including managing work rescheduling, leave, training, and sickness adjustments.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer, colleague, and stakeholder communications related to Property Care delivery programming. Provide exceptional customer service within the Planned Delivery Team.
  • Coordinate material orders from suppliers and ensure timely delivery aligned with operative schedules. Generate purchase orders and GRNs using Ebis and OpenHousing.
  • Monitor pending invoices, ensuring timely progression for payment compliance. Address invoicerelated queries and collaborate with relevant parties on workrelated invoicing concerns.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and work documentation, efficiently updating key component and asset details in systems like OpenHousing and other Client platforms.
  • Fulfill all other responsibilities associated with the role.
  • Exhibit company values and behaviours in all actions and interactions.
  • Proficient IT skills, including practical experience using data storage software systems like Open Housing, Optimise, DRS work scheduling systems, Microsoft TEAMS/Sharepoint, or similar.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling clear communication with various stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and colleagues across all levels in a dynamic setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and adhering to tight deadlines, ensuring tasks are completed with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptable team player comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, contributing ideas, supporting colleagues, and undertaking additional responsibilities as needed.
