Finance Administrator
Details:
- Fixed term contract (minimum of 3 months)
- Full time
- Office based
- Southwold
Duties include:
1) Maintaining and Reviewing Accounts receivable inbox on a daily basis.
2) Releasing held orders in the order screen - due to credit limit restrictions, checking customer has paid with customers who pay upfront.
3) New account setup - credit limit check, credit references
4) Setting up direct debits
5) Issuing credits
6) Running direct debit process
7) Dealing with customer queries/payments
8) Cover for the other two members of the team
