    Zielgerichtete Wissensmanagement. Als Expert Knowledge Management arbeitest Du in einem jungen, international wachsenden Team, das unsere Berater mit branchen- oder funktionsspezifischem Fachwissen und Erkenntnissen, wie z.B. Strategien und Best Practice Ansätzen aus unserem Knowledge Portal sowie wertvollen Informationen aus externen Quellen unterstütz. Du unterstützt bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Wissens. Hierbei arbeitest du eng mit Projekten, sowie mit Practice Areas und Centers of Excellence zusammen. Im Team identifizierst Du "white Spots" und leitest Maßnahmen zum zielgerichteten Aufbau von Wissen ab. Zu deinen weiteren Tätigkeiten gehören die Durchführung von Analysen, das Aufbereiten von Benchmark Daten, die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen, die Pflege von Datenbanksystemen für Dokumente und Lieferanten sowie die Optimierung interner Standards und Prozesse zur Weitergabe von Wissen.

    Projektnahes Arbeiten. Als wichtige Schnittstelle zum Kerngeschäft arbeitest du im Bereich Knowledge Management eng mit unseren Beratern zusammen. Dank unseres breiten Kundenportfolios im In- und Ausland erhältst du vielfältige Einblicke in Einkaufs- und Supply Chain Management Themen unterschiedlichster Branchen und Kunden: vom Start-up, dem Handel und Konsumgüterbereich über die Energie- und Automobilindustrie bis hin zum Pharma- sowie Healthcare-Sektor.

    Eigenständige Gestaltung. Du identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale im Knowledge Management, leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab und unterstützt die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse. Als Teil des Teams schulst du die INVERTO Berater der nationalen und internationalen Standorte im Umgang mit unseren Knowledge Tools.

    Individuelle Weiterentwicklung. Im Rahmen unseres Wachstums hast du die Möglichkeit, dich perspektivisch auch in neue Bereiche der Unterstützung unsere Beratungsprojekte zu entwickeln. Dabei wird dir von Anfang an ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung übertragen: So entwickelst du dich fachlich und persönlich weiter.

    Du hast dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen.

    Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS PowerPoint.

    Analytisches Denkvermögen, Flexibilität, Ergebnisorientierung, Eigenverantwortung sowie eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

    Du arbeitest gerne im Team: dabei ist dir Bodenständigkeit genauso wichtig wie echter Zusammenhalt und gegenseitige Unterstützung.

    Ein sicheres Auftreten in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld rundet dein Profil ab , wobei du deine Kommunikationsstärke auch in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und fließendem Englisch unter Beweis stellst.
