POSITION PURPOSE AND PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Tropicana Brands Group (TBG) is a recently formed joint venture between leading private equity firm PAI Partners and one of the world largest food and beverages companies, PepsiCo.

TBG is home to the world's most iconic juice brands (Tropicana, Naked, Copellaetc.), reaching millions of consumers a day around the world.


We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented and highly commercial eCommerce specialist to lead a strategic growth channel and TBG eGrocery customers.


The role will lead our eComm businesses and commercial relationships with our biggest customers eComm teams, and will be accountable for building and executing market leading joint business plans & Joint Media Plans to deliver TBG share, sales, and profitgrowth targets.


The main accountabilities of the role are:

  • Own the day-to-day buyer relationship with customer eComm teams, for Tesco, Sainsburys, Morrisons, Asda and Waitrose
  • Plan, agree and deliver an external JBP/JMP that motivates and meets the needs of the customer, in addition to delivering against TBG AOP targets.
  • Develop deep execution expertise and leverage Digital Analytics to inform the optimal customer plans
  • Identify new areas for growth, developing plans which create new opportunities, from unlocking new customers, to launching new formats
  • Champion the eComm agenda internally to build and integrate market leading eComm capability into the DNA of TBG
  • Utilise trade investment efficiently through effective negotiation and developing a winning dealing calendar
  • Develop crossfunctional relationships both internally and externally: Net Revenue Management, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, eComm, Customer Insights, Supply, Marketing, Finance & Credit Control
  • Develop and deliver execution for all Marketing programmes, NPD and base initiatives, in line with internal expectations and gate 4 targets.
  • As an eComm function, develop an 'eComm first' strategy to determine where to play and how to win across the channel.
