Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Garden Maintenance Team Leader on a permanent basis located in Newdigate, Surrey close to Crawley.

As the Garden Maintenance Team Leader you will be leading a small team of gardeners and completing a variety of tasks which could include:
Ground maintenance duties on high end clients
A good knowledge of garden maintenance
At least 4 years experience in the horticultural industry
Permanent role
~7:00-4:30 , Monday to Friday
~ Company Van (work use only)
~ Career progression available
