Position Overview:

As a Process Development Technologist, you will play a vital role in the NPD Team, contributing to the development of processes for innovative food products. This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or experienced professionals to make a significant impact within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes for new food products.

Conducting trials to optimise production processes, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to evaluate raw materials and equipment.

Providing technical support during product scale-up and commercialisation phases.

Troubleshooting process challenges and proposing solutions to enhance product quality and consistency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field (for graduates).

Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related field (for experienced candidates).
