- Expand our current Replay circular strategy and execution capabilities by partnering with the Head of Circular Models to drive marketing and execution in North America, in support of our goal of keeping LEGO bricks in play for longer
- Orchestrate delivery of the Replay North America program
- Partner with other internal LEGO Group areas and markets to systematically deliver a portfolio of region- and market-based circular initiatives
- Ensure execution, including increasing efficiencies in partnership with our operational partners
- Identify and implement program innovations and improvements using test-and-learn approach
- Deliver marketing activities and initiatives for North America and broader Replay program
- Apply strong project management skills to run projects effectively and structured, while engaging with relevant partners using your people and stakeholder management skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategy, planning and program management
- Motivated by being "hands-on" to analyze and solve complex issues
- Energized by managing multiple priorities and partners in a fast-paced environment
- Self-directed with analytical-conceptual strength and high attention to detail
- Collaborative teammate with excellent communication skills

**This is a temporary parental leave cover of approximately 12 months based on business needs. The position can be based out of either our Enfield, CT, Boston, MA or Markham, ON offices.**
As Senior Manager sitting in the Circular Models team, you will use your knowledge and experience to lead the Replay program in North America, including driving critical initiatives, delivering marketing campaigns and leading all aspects of operational execution. To succeed in the role, you rely on a record of strong project management capabilities, proven strategic thinking, and very strong people and communications skills.

Compensation
In the US, the salary for this position has a range of $120,400 - $180,700 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
