We are currently seeking a Legal PA to join our client's commercial litigation team in a hybrid role, with the flexibility of working remotely for 2 days a week and being in the office for 3 days. You will be part of a dynamic team of 10 commercial litigation lawyers, ranging from seasoned board members to talented junior lawyers.

While experience in a commercial law firm is desirable, it's not essential. We are looking for individuals with a passion for excellence and a drive to succeed.

As a Legal PA, you will:

• Work closely with a high-performing team, providing vital support in day-to-day operations.
• Communicate directly with clients and contacts, ensuring smooth interactions and exceptional service.
• Assist with digital dictation typing and document management.
• Manage diaries, meetings, and commitments for fee earners.
• Collaborate with other departments, accounts, and central management.
• Utilise numeracy skills to understand accounts for billing, paying disbursements, and assisting with credit control.
• Complete expense forms and handle client files with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilise Word and Excel programs proficiently.
• Experience with Proclaim and iManage is preferable, but not essential.
