_Reinstatement Planner - Utilities_

Ferns Surfacing Ltd has an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Planner to join our friendly team, working on our BT Openreach contract, from our offices in Wrotham, Kent.

Summary of Role:

You will monitor the works management system, prioritising requests and collate updates from the reinstatement teams, ensuring that all work is completed within our clients service level agreements.

(SLA)

Tasks:

Effectively plan the reinstatement of excavations that have been dug in accordance with the current notice duration as well as other activities serviced by the operational teams;
Have the ability to plan resources using relevant systems;

- manage reactive planning of emergency work;

Liaise with the contract management team and operatives to ensure we meet our client SLA's.
Ensure that gangs have the relevant system information required to complete all activities.

Competencies

Be a competent IT User (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook);

- ability to work under a high degree of pressure and remain calm;
- experience in a similar role, working within the utility industry;
- experience of working to NRSWA standards.

Time management and planning.
Organisational skills.
Methodological approach.
High attention to detail.

Qualifications/Experience

Understanding planning principles.
Experience of working in the utilities sector is preferred.

Working hours:
Mon - Fri from 7am to 4pm
