    Description

    Interested in working onsite in the water industry? The perfect applicant will have knowledge and experience working on projects within wastewater or water treatment.


    Contract:
    Freelance


    Rate:
    £350 - £400 per day (PAYE)


    When:

    ASAP


    Act as site Temporary works co-ordinator, responsible for the total management of temporary works on site, reviewing design, maintaining temporary works register, carry out temporary works checks with sub-contractor temporary works co-ordinator, issue permits to load and permits to strike.

    Assist in the preparation of construction programmes, preparation of Method Statements, Action Plans and Risk Assessments.
    Checking the sub-contractors setting out of the works.
    Ensure that the works are constructed to a good quality in line with the specification and good working practice.
    pre pour inspections, pre load inspections quality checks.
    Mentor site apprentice
    Design co-ordination between temporary and permanent works designers and site team
    In conjunction with other site staff ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with current legislation, the company health & safety policy, procedures and safe working practices
    Levelling & Surveying experience (using total stations & automatic level)Skills Desirable:

    CSCS Supervisor card
