CRM Executive -
We are looking for a CRM Executive who will help us implement CRM strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
This role may be an ideal fit for a CRM Assistant/Junior Executive presently working in banking or in a financial sector with a keen interest in multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push messages, in app message) and automation. The selected candidate will be part of a small CRM team working alongside the CRM Lead and other CRM Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, execute and optimize daily schedule of either single-channel or multi-channel campaigns.
· Campaign Analysis: Regularly analyze CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, and other campaign elements for improved performance.
· Provide regular reports and insights to the CRM team and other stakeholders, highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts on business goals.
· Support other CRM team activities and help other relevant teams / tribes where needed.
About you:
· A minimum of 1 year of CRM campaign management experience.
· Experience at using some of the CRM and email marketing platforms such as Braze (highly desirable), Salesforce, IBM Watson Campaign Automation, Hubspot, or Dotdigital.
· Proven email building experience either via drag and drop editor or via html master template plus experience building push notifications and in-app messages campaigns.
· Basic email HTML coding experience plus knowledge of liquid script would be beneficial.
· Good understanding of data management, analysis and reporting.
· Proficiency and ability to manipulate data, e.g. manual list creation, cleaning and upload via Excel or CSVs.
· Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Good planning and organizational skills, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines.
· Good multitasking skills when working on several tasks / campaigns simultaneously.
· Experience in content localization would be welcome.
· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
· A problem-solving mindset and effective time management skills.
· Bonus Points: previous experience in banking or financial sectors beneficial.
