What does the role look like?

Shifts:
Double days (Rotational) - 06:00-14:00 /14:00-22:00

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?

Carry out General Assembly Duties
Follow instructions and adhere to processes contained within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Ensure high level of 5S, keeping all working areas clean and tidy at all times including: Clean Floors, Work Surfaces, Machines and Equipment
Ensure all equipment and machinery is used in the correct, safest and most efficient way at all times
Ensure that all assembly and production is completed in line with customer requirements and in line with the Business Plan
Carry out TPM
Support continuous improvement and ACE deployment through active participation on Lean Events, Workshops and Continuous Improvement activities. Proactively seek to identify opportunities for improvement
Operating machinery to ensure production targets are met

What will you bring to the role?

Desirable skills:

You will be able to read, understand and follow SOP's (work instructions)
Good communication skills
Ability to identify and be able to question substandard process/product
Problem solving techniques and ability to work on own initiative. (Logical and systematic approach)
PC Literate
Must be flexible and willing to learn new skills
Previous machining experience desired
