    Are you a Property and Casualty Underwriter looking to take that next step? This is an opportunity to benefit from the development and opportunity for growth that we have to offer, you will join our team of experienced underwriters, driving growth through our new book of business.

    We're not expecting you to be in the office all week as we know the work-life balance is important though you will need to be located within a commutable distance to our Birmingham office.


    Many of our employees work flexibly in a variety of different ways, including part-time, flexible hours, job share, an element of working from home or compressed hours.

    This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren't available full-time.

    You will underwrite new business adhering to Zurich's guidelines and help the team to execute and deliver our financial plan.


    We need you to provide a standout service experience for customers and stakeholders and be responsible for delivering quality and timely solutions for them.

    Ideally, you will be an experienced Property and Casualty Underwriter.


    You will be a team player, playing your part to meet the company and underwriting teams' financial plans and metrics.


    You will ensure customer service standards and metrics are met, for example NPS, contact certainty etc, while successfully delivering on an assigned project for the benefit of the team or its customers.


    You will work in and promote diversity in all your actions and behaviours and ensure all company governance and compliance standards are always adhered to.
