    Our client a leader in the manufacturing and development of medical products is going through a period of significant growth intending to build out their sales team. They are looking for someone with a 'Hunter' mentality, that will be highly driven, and laser-focused to find new business opportunities, successfully close deals, and be motivated by meeting and exceeding targets.

    This role offers someone the opportunity to break into Medical Sales, the key to applying for this role and being successful is having a proven background of exceeding sales targets and being driven to find new business.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Achieve or exceed sales targets for your allocated sales region, through a combination of effective territory management and creation of a network of key customer relationships.
    • Ensure revenue and gross margin objectives are met by using company-defined financial models.
    • Develops and implement strategies for each managed account.
    • Identify and prioritise opportunities for sales and solutions based on potential in designated territory and accounts.

    • Proven track record of successful field sales in any industry.

    • High levels of motivation to work to and exceed targets.
