    Description
    Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer – DAYS (4 on 4 off)

    Telford, Shropshire.

    £40,000 per annum.

    Industrial Manufacturing Business.

    Benefits:
    Overtime + Pension + Bonus.

    Working Hours: 4on4off (Days) – 5:30am-5:30pm.


    Are you an engineer who has always worked on rotating shifts and feels the time is now right to find a purely DAYS BASED role? This is a great opportunity for a skilled Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join a successful, progressive manufacturing business who have been established in Telford for a considerable amount of time.


    Working on a 4on4off (Days based) pattern, this role supports manufacturing through the provision of both PPM and reactive Maintenance Engineering support across all machinery on site.

    Role Description


    • Provision of both planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of industrial manufacturing machinery.
    • Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding and repair activities.
    • Fault finding on a variety of control panels.
    • PLC Fault Finding.
    • Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
    • Support optimisation of machinery and equipment.
    • Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.
    • Working within a team of skilled maintenance engineers.
    Skills and Qualifications


    • Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineering experience.
    • Formal Electrical Qualifications (Level 3+) or Time Served background.
    • Experience of working within a manufacturing environment (Desirable).
    • Strong fault-finding skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.


    This role will suit an engineer who is looking for a great daily challenge and who enjoys finding solutions to engineering problems across automated manufacturing machinery.
