    Elite Audiology & MediCare Recruitment is working in partnership with this very successful company to recruit an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to work across their clinics in Milton Keynes.

    You will be travelling up to 2 hours, so you need to be flexible and enjoy commuting. \r
    \r

    An excellent salary & benefits package is available as follows: \r
    \r

    \r
    \t£50,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission & Bonus \r
    \t10% Flat Commission on all sales \r
    \tCompany Car (Choice from Electric, Hybrid or Petrol/Diesel) \r
    \t25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays \r
    \tCommission payment whilst on holiday \r
    \tGym Membership Allowance \r
    \tPrivate Medical Insurance \r
    \r
    \r


    You will need to provide exceptional clinical and patient care and will be given the autonomy to manage your diary to allow you to provide the level of care needed for your patients.

    \r


    You will be provided with support and training where needed (including micro-suction training if you are not already qualified) and have access to the latest technology and all the equipment you need, including Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, REMs, Microsuction and Irrigation equipment.

    You can recommend the best hearing aids for your patients as the company is independent and not tied to any manufacturer.

    Responsibilities include:
    \r

    \r

    \r
    \tConduct Hearing Assessments and recommend the best hearing needs for your client on a bespoke basis \r
    \tFit and dispense hearing aids \r
    \tArrange and conduct Aftercare appointments with your clients \r
    \tCarrying out wax removal (training available if you are not qualified in this already \r
    \r
    \r


    You need to have:
    \r

    \r

    \r
    \tBachelor's degree in Audiology or related field preferred. \r
    \tHCPC registered as a HAD \r
    \tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. \r
    \tEmpathy and a genuine desire to help individuals with hearing loss. \r
    \tProficient in using audiological equipment and software. \r
    \tStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. \r
    \tAbility to adapt to changing technologies and industry advancements. \r
    \tCommitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards. \r
    \r
